Terms of Service

Reputable is a platform operated by Danglin Tech that connects vetted nightlife talent — DJs, musicians, photographers, MCs, and other creatives — with venues and event organizers. We provide the tools to manage availability, send and receive booking requests, and coordinate professional engagements.

References to "Reputable," "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to Danglin Tech and the Reputable platform at usereputable.com.

Reputable is a facilitator, not a party to any booking. We provide the platform through which talent and venues connect and communicate. We do not employ talent, manage venues, or guarantee the outcome of any engagement.

All agreements — including fees, timing, cancellation terms, and deliverables — are made directly between the talent and the venue or requester. Reputable is not liable for any disputes, cancellations, or damages that arise from those agreements.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of any venue or organization you represent.

Talent profiles require application and approval. Approval is at Reputable's sole discretion. We may decline, waitlist, or revoke profiles at any time, with or without stated cause.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in any application or booking
• Use the platform to harass, defraud, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid booking through Reputable
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without permission
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Booking requests submitted through Reputable are offers from the requester to the talent. A booking is only confirmed when the talent explicitly confirms it through the platform.

Payment processing, when available, is facilitated by Stripe. Reputable may charge a platform fee on transactions. Fee rates will be disclosed at the time of payment and may change with notice.

Until payment processing is live, all financial agreements are between the parties directly. Reputable has no responsibility for payment disputes in that case.

Cancellation policies are set between talent and venues. Reputable does not enforce or guarantee any cancellation terms. If a booking is cancelled through the platform, both parties are notified, but financial recourse is the responsibility of the parties involved.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (photos, mixes, bio, links). By submitting content to Reputable, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform and in marketing materials that promote your profile or the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Reputable, you agree to that policy.

Reputable is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, booking outcomes, or the conduct of other users on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reputable and Danglin Tech are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost bookings, revenue, or data.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Reputable after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
